Because liquid chemicals are flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, corrosive and polluting, there are many specifications, rules and conditions that chemical tankers need to meet. The difficulty of the whole ship lies in the special coating construction of chemical compartments. The difference between special coatings and ordinary coatings is that they require very high quality coatings. Special coating technicians with professional training are required. A series of coating equipments, inspection equipments and special abrasives, including materials, are required to ensure compliance with humidity, temperature, ventilation, lighting, film thickness and curing.
Solution features:
1. The surface treatment meets the ISO8501-1 (1988) -Sa2.5 standard for rust removal.
